Within modules I have learnt to work on independent research projects, and have completed my own independent research project. I believe this has provided me with both the academic skills to write and the independence and initiative to work effectively to produce a high quality piece of work.In my final year, as part of the professional practice module, I presented research findings to an academic conference to business employers, I believe this has given me greater confidence in speaking to business figures in a public environment as well as apply my knowledge to work based organisations.I have been given insight into topics of criminal behaviours, psychopathogy and medical psychiatric disorders.
