  • Complete Quality inspection of the all equipment.• Responsible for Equipment Dismantling & Assembly and Carry out Dimension / Runout check/Drop Check of Various types of Valves, Gas Turbine (Combustion Chamber & Hot Gas Path ) components, Various Engine, Generators, Compressor, Rotating equipments i.e. Various Pumps, Various Gear boxes, Torque Converters, Blower, Turbo Chargers, Turbine Rotors, Various Compressors, Babbit bearings/Pads & Machining fabrication works, etc. • Complete Inspection of Turbine Rotating & Stationary Components on Site & Workshop.• Familiar with GE, FIAT, HITACHI, WESTINGHOUSE, ABB, Elliot TURBINES• Inspect Pressure Testing of all type of Valves and Engine Components etc.• Inspect Pressure Testing of Pumps & Flow Dividers. (All API, I.T.T, Sulzer, RAM, Friatec, Schrödinger, ROPER, Standyne, Flowserve, Etc.)• Dynamic & Static Balancing of Rotating equipment.• Familiar with API, ASME, ANSI, ISO, AWS, ASTM, SAUDI ARAMCO standards. • Perform NDT & Bond tests as per OEM procedures to evaluate quality of the products.• Perform DFT on paintings.• Proficiency in operating different type of Test & measuring instrument.• Recommending appropriate repair plan along with part list required for overhauling.• Inspection of the parts received/Fabricated for the overhauling.• Final assembly as per the manufacturer’s procedure maintaining required tolerances.• Final Inspection & Testing of the equipment prior to dispatch.• Stage Job inspection like welding & machining.• Third Parties & Site Inspections such as Alignment, Probe Track Burnished areas, Electrical run out check, Electrical Motor & Metallurgical Aspects.• Prepared all Quality documents such as Quality Plan/ Inspection Test Plan, Inspection formats, Test formats etc. • Evaluate Quality inspector’s performance and provide in-house training.• Interaction through mails and telephone with customer/ Manufacturer.• Preparing Final documentations of the overhauled Equipment.
