I designed mobile storefronts, apps, marketing material, and welcome experiences for digital content and subscription services.   I lead the entire UX & UI design process from conception to deliverable and beyond, ensuring that the client's wants and needs are always met. Working alongside the development team I create and maintain a high standard of design for cutting-edge, scalable and engaging solutions across all major web and mobile platforms. My responsibilities include communicating with clients (such as First Group, Arriva, and Transport for London) directly throughout the project life cycle, including creating visual design mock-ups in low to high fidelity, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing all whilst ensuring strict branding guides are adhered to. As part of this process, I also facilitate ideation workshops, design sprints and collaborative problem-solving activities with key stakeholders.
