      I was promoted to Lead Caller in May 2014 and then promoted again to Supervisor in November 2014. I was one of the top four callers to raise money for UMBC in 2012 and 2013. I helped to keep track of our goals using an excel spreadsheet that tracks statistics in relation to our nightly and fiscal goals. As a Supervisor, it was my responsibility to help with the training of new callers, and to set an example for all callers. If any caller had question or concerns, I was there to assist them. I provided nightly coaching to callers by listening to their calls and providing feedback. Furthermore, I helped to motivate callers and boost productivity by creating and initiating games for the callers to participate in while working. My responsibilities sometimes included updating UMBC records by connecting with alumni over the phone and securing gifts for the Alumni Association.       I was the only intern in the sales department, my main responsibilities included answering phone calls and putting together packets of information about Charlestown for people who called and requested them. I also learned how to use Salesforce. When people called in to request information, I built a profile for them on Salesforce if they did not already have one, and collected information about them to create a more personal connection with them and Charlestown. I also worked at many of the events that Charlestown hosted to attract more residents, and I interacted and connected with potential clients. I prepared and arranged the apartments before events so that they were presentable. I worked directly with resident ambassadors to prepare more informational packets to send out to potential residents. I led these events and helped resident ambassadors understand how to complete the packets in the most efficient and organized way.I helped out with other miscellaneous tasks from week to week. Charlestown was in the process of renaming buildings, so I went around the entire campus and took photos of the areas that would be affected by this renaming process. I organized all these photos into a PowerPoint that the head of Sales used to present to other employees. Throughout the summer, I helped maintain the organization of the office, and also went through files of residents who were on the Priority List to move in and made sure that we had contacted them within the past year.       I worked on various projects for the Kane Company, but my focus was establishing brand recognition. I suggested and implemented improvements to the company website and created social media posts for both Facebook and Twitter. I also worked greatly on maintaining and updating contacts for the Kane Furniture Bank, a non-profit which gives free furniture to other non-profits. Furthermore, I helped to re-design the Kane Furniture Bank logo and assisted with creating new marketing materials.
