  in peace time:•Concentration of emergency's related activity and preparation of community health services in emergencies, in coordination with the National Emergency Authority, and the High Authority for Hospitalization and Health policy, as part of the district health office.•Responsibility for vocational guidance and direction of the responsible local authoritys health issues. •Participation in exercises in provinces and municipalities.•Data collection, concentration and update information required for emergency operation of an array of community health services in the District .•Coordinating emergency preparedness versus community service providers.•Organization of emergency trainings and seminars for districts staff.•Participation in audits of psychiatric and geriatric hospitals and health care providers in the community.•On going relationships, reporting and coordination with other emergency specialized agencies and authorities. •Constant touch with the Ministry's of Health emergency department for planning, promotion readiness and annual work plan. •Development and enterprise procedures relating to emergency tasks imposed on community health services.in emergency:•Update current information regarding the activities of health services in the district. •Coordinating activities with the district's head physician. •Assisting the district's head physician in coordination of community health services and decision making as needed. •Coordination special solutions and services , as needed.•Answer professional and logistical problems in the district.
