  My primary responsibilities in this role were all focused on process improvement. I would design, develop, test, and install new automated equipment for our assembly and machining cells to improve throughput and ergonomics. New designs and processes would be vetted with an experienced team of engineers as well as key stakeholders and machine operators. Tools such as PFMEA's and control plans would be created to identify key characteristics and risk mitigation strategies.
