  Manage on site day to day operations on completion and workover in a safe and efficient manner in a team enviroment to ensure the safety of all personnel on location and compliance with all applicable government regulations.Provide accurate daily reports to the Superintendent, Openwells data entry, maintaining accurate cost control.Supervise safety and enviromental program procedures including holding of safety meetings, contingency drills, and proper disposal of waste products.Scheduling, ordering, and receipt of requiered equipment and services.Provide first line supervision for all rig operations. Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with sound engineering practices and in compliance with all environmental and safety laws and regulations. Develop rig site specific procedures, which expand on the level of detail provided for in the completions & workover programs, and develop rig site daily action plans and contingency plans. Review on-going operations daily and advises Superintendent and other departments of pending risks associated with ever changing job scopes. Analyze feasibility of work request and communicate with all departments regarding risk factors to consider. Initiate meetings and discussions to address job scope changes that will result in unforeseen risks.
