  Excited to Share 🌟I am thrilled to announce the successful completion of my internship at TechNova Imaging Systems India, where I had the incredible opportunity to work in the Total Quality Management (TQM) department. During this time, I worked on:📊 Creating Tableau dashboards to track and analyze customer complaints.📈 Conducting a Kano model analysis to enhance customer satisfaction.⚙️ Undertaking a process capability project to highlight current process parameters so that the development team can analyze and deploy necessary corrective and preventive actions.I am grateful to the applications department team for their support and guidance throughout this journey.
