  Lacoovs vacation rentals was founded in 2010 when I started renting my cars on Turo, this lead to renting my jet boat out which lead to purchasing larger boats and eventually obtaining my USCG master license and chartering much larger boats. My charter boat business has grown substantially over the years and we now own and charter 20+ boats ranging from a 24’ sport boats to 80’ yacht’s. Cars and boats eventually turned into houses which has expanded to a large portfolio of high end vacation homes. I pride myself on quality, attention to detail and customer service. I have won several awards in my field of peer to peer rentals. My current rental business is very well automated with charter boats being very seasonal. My current role has changed to a passive position on the board of directors in a matrix organizational structure.   As a Hobby project I developed ERC20 tokens for an open source, project that I created. A P2P network of rental houses, cars and boats using crypto currency. It's a marketplace to list property and accept crypto currency as payment. I sold the website and the project and gained a lot of experience in the field of development and programming. This is what lead to my current certifications in software languages. During my search for the perfect name, I also purchased rights to Bitcoin Blink and built that website, in 2019 I sold the idea and brand of bitcoinblink.com to a foreign investor who continued it as a crypto currency exchange.
