      Telephonic project called HERA PLUS for Telefonica company. HERA PLUS is the official contractor system of Telefonica, used by its Customer Service, for customers and companies. Customers can contract any service of Telefonica (ADSL, TV, PHONE,etc) and have access to different campaigns and offers. SGT is the developed system to manage telephonic traffic. Thanks SGT, software programmed in C language, Telefonica was able to get telephonic measurements such as: traffic of telephonic routes; traffic of telephonic destinations; incoming traffic in a switch; outcoming traffic in a switch; number of calls by switch, route o destination number, etc. Also, it was used to define new routes, destinations and switching set up.
