These programs serve as platforms for intercultural dialogue, enabling participants to broaden their perspectives and develop a deeper appreciation for global issues.Additionally, I actively engage in professional learning initiatives with teachers and school leadership, offering them support and resources to integrate intercultural capabilities into their curricula. By having an integrated approach to intercultural learning, educators become powerful agents of change, empowering students to contribute positively to the world. My research and practical experience center around addressing the conflicts arising from globalisation and bridging the gap between the "global" and the "local." I am passionate about cultivating empathy and nurturing students to become compassionate, globally-minded individuals.
