      As the District Sales Manager Jason is a critical part of Neff Rental’s commitment to managing the best trained and most productive sales force in the industry in his area of responsibility - VA/MD. Uses dashboards, stack rankings, reports, on line forms (1 on 1 Meeting, Accelerator Coaching, Coordinator Call Coaching) to document coaching efforts and conducts team sales meetings as well as one on one sales meetings. Models productive use of Salesforce.comServes as the point of contact for key accounts critical to the success of the branches served. Takes complete responsibility for success with these accounts. Develops and implements region strategic annual business planning, sales plans and promotion for each branch location under assigned geographic area of responsibility (Virginia/DC/Maryland). Responsible for staffing and selection for the inside Sales Coordinator and Sales Rep positions.
