  Power Train

  Team E-Blitz is an Electrical ATV of Kumaraguru College of Technology. I was a part of the Electrical Power Train team. Where we integrated the system of the vehicle. We cleared all the technical rounds of the SAE Baja event. We secured an overall 16th position out of 50 teams. This holds good for the year 2020-2021.

  This internship was completely based on robotics and its basics fundamentals. Here I learnt the basics of Arduino boards it's commands, various pins. Also, I learnt the basics of Industrial robots and different types of industrial robots. At the end of the course I learnt how to program an 5 axis industrial robot using arduino and servo motors. I attained 70% of marks in test.I was given an industrial problem, where I was asked to design an AGV system for material handling.

  We represented India for the Second time in a row. This time we used a propulsion system of 11kW and a hybrid system which consisted of a battery and a fuel cell of 2kW from Horizon Fuel Cell. We secured 6th place and won the communication price for, the most popular team in the competition.My role was to develop an embedded system for the team and electrical integration. We used ESP32 connected with a couple of BME 680, DHT22, and Gas sensors for detecting hydrogen leakage used InfluxDB as a cloud platform interconnected with Raspberry- pi along with a 7" screen for displaying data.   Xstrdan/ Trydan Tech was the first company where I gained my first Industrial Experience. I was part of the electrical and electronics team. I looked after the chargers and some parts of the electronics. I was able to learn many new things related to industrial standards.I was able to differentiate the type of work from a student project to that of an industrial standard.
