  • Work with a gentleman who has down syndrome, I see him at least once a week and we work on our conversation skills while doing things to help him in the community.• We sit down and work on asking questions and giving appropriate responses.• We work on maintaining a conversation and an engaging conversation.• We also have been working on painting skills and being able to paint off of pictures we both enjoy. • Started watching just the little baby girl, then over time started to watch both kids. • The kids are ages 1 and 4.• I help the 4-year-old learn the alphabet and his numbers while the little girl naps.• I help the parents around the house by doing household chores such as laundry, dishes, and vacuuming.
