      At Precious Fountain Foundation, I coordinate the International Leadership Bootcamp, which is an annual training that brings young people from different countries, especially from developing nations to equip them with the knowledge and skills essential to their success as leaders in their various communities. As the coordinator, I mobilize volunteers and liaise with facilitators who are Professors and successful persons in various professions. I am also responsible for publicity, registration, and overall success of the programme. In my two years of hosting the training, I have learnt and grown in various capacities while receiving several accolades from participants.Apart from the Boot camp, I also assist as an administrative staff in monitoring the organization’s activities and projects.
