  Deputy procurement manager

   Assign tasks to Procurement officers and logistic officer to be in charge of Purchase Requisition base on ability, experience, acknowledgement and qualification of each staff  Control and coordinate with Procurement officer and Logistic officer to ensure all activities in the Procurement Department run as scheduled and in accordance with KSO's policies and procedures Coordinate with another department to determine product’s specification requirement and plan for procuring annually  Negotiate with suppliers to obtain best price and service, delivery place, lead time and quality  Compose procurement contract in accordance with agreement between KSO and supplier  Create New Vendor and open PO in SAP and send PO to supplier/vendor Work closely with bank staffs to open LC to procure and import oversee product Liaise competent authorities to prepare receipt of international shipments, tax exemptions, port clearances, import permit of goods/products  Liaise and keep close contacts with supplier, forwarder and assists them in all logistic matters involved in goods dispatch Discussing defective goods or services delivered to supplier to determine what went wrong and how to ensure the same problem does not occur in the future Control receiving product at warehouse and input goods receipt in SAP Prepare payment document and work closely with accounting team to do payment for supplier Maintaining and reviewing all records of purchased goods, including their costs, deliveries and credit terms Regularly review SAP to control overall stock item to avoid item duplicate, exceeding reorder point and max level stock  Set policy and guidelines for delivering commercial and cost effective procuring process for the business. Review current processes for procurement and make recommendations where appropriate implement change, develop  Analyze market and delivery trends so as to develop procurement technologies and processes that support those trends.
