Additionally, I led a team of 5 members in the Asset Management Processing System (AMPS) for Pershing Advisory Solutions, overseeing project execution and delivery. In another project, I led a team of 3 members in the Service Center Outbound wires project within NetExchangePro.   I successfully oversaw and managed two Scrum teams to deliver a Health Insurance application to a prominent insurance company called JLT in the United Kingdom. I had the opportunity to contribute to the establishment of a Quality Engineering team comprising 70 members within Schroders, a renowned asset management company based in London. Additionally, I served as the operations manager for testing services across multiple applications within the organization. I independently managed the testing operations for multiple projects, including Strategic Derivatives, Benchmark project, PACE, and SCD, while working with a prominent asset management service provider based in the United Kingdom. I had the privilege of leading a team of 9 members, comprising 6 manual testers and 3 automation testers, in the development of a business compliance solution for PWC. Our collaborative efforts resulted in the successful delivery of a product known as RIT (Representatives Integrity Tool) to Microsoft. I successfully led a team of 6 members in the execution of a car retailing project known as TDD (Toyota Dealer Direct). Together, we achieved the successful delivery of a retail solution specifically designed for used cars under the Toyota brand.
