  As a State Manager for Retail, I need to be hands on across all aspects of retail stores, lead by example and play an integral part of taking the product to the next level. I am expected to achieve state sales targets by developing retailer relationships, managing the network within NSW and ACT area in a manner consistent with business ethics, policies, standards and established legal processes. I achieve defined targets of sales, gross and operating margins primarily through the existing retailer network. A core part of this role required working in unison with the Brand & Communication team to create and amplify valuable, relevant and consistent online content that will attract and retain targeted audiences across B2B and B2C platforms.
