  I designed and implemented communications strategies for the USAID funded Generating Equity program to promote gender equality in Colombia. I worked closely with the technical staff to support programmatic objectives through strategic communications actions. I disseminated information on the pros of diversity and inclusion among different audiences through different media and carried out activities aimed at implementing behavioural changes that transform social norms and attitudes. I also planned and carried out high-level events to promote program objectives and onboard different actors to gender equity and social inclusion efforts.
