Successfully managed the compilation and agreement of the budget estimate for this NZD785mio project.The Project scope for a shared user path connecting Auckland CBD with the north-shore included a significant 1100m harbour crossing and a further 4km of land based pathway.Successfully wrote the Project Risk Management Plan and prepared the Project Risk and Opportunity schedule.

  Compiling the consolidated master Target Cost Estimate for a re-booting of the Mount Messenger Road realignment. The TCE being a combination of cost to date and cost to complete. Assisted by discipline estimators for earthworks, roading and major structures (which included two bridges and a 235m long tunnel) I personally costed the indirects, cableway construction and civil for mechanical works. I merged all the separate estimates into a single consolidated CCS file.

  Member of the TOC 4 management team responsible for compiling the Target Out-turn Cost for the 4th tranche (2023-2026) of the Auckland motorway and network road maintenance contract. Agreeing the TOC being an essential part of securing funding for the next 3-years of work. Work involved close liaison with the Project team and interpretation and consolidation of their costings into one master CCS estimate. This was a complex and challenging task involving significant inter-action with many ASM operational departments including surfacing, structures, drainage, Auckland Harbour Bridge, tunnels, mechanical and electrical work and traffic management amongst others.
