  - In charge of the strategic management of the operation, always seeking logistic opportunities such as reduction of costs, implementation of new operations, truck fleet size, and high-performance delivery process;- Development and management of all KPIs, always pursuing automated methods (Power BI, VBA, Python, Office);- On a daily basis, general support to assistants in several activities related to road programming;- Backoffice and follow-up of all road demurrage operations (LATAM and Brazil) regarding transfer and selling operations, having daily contact with several Braskem's interfaces. Road Demurrage Reclaimed: R$ + 11 MM since 2020;- Supporting varied development projects regarding our operation (SAP ERP);- Head of the Braskem's logistic tracking tower and risk management, regarding the Liquid and Gas operation. Oversight of 5 outsourced headcounts;- Head of the Braskem's dedicated truck fleet with more than 40 trucks in our operation, managing 3 transport programmers on a daily basis. Demurrage reclaimed around R$ 1 MM in 2020;- Development of an application project in order to create a follow-up regarding the Time Charter's bunker management. This follow-up comprehends all data management, contact with the owners, KPIs insights, and a better understanding of how the bunker's world works. Another key aspect of this project is to furnish assistance to Braskem so that the company can comply with the IMO requirements well in advance;- Follow-up and analysis of all bunker operations with our Time Charter's fleet in Brazil, Europe, and Asia.
