      Returns:-Maintain return paperwork and product for most of the company to return back to our stock or back to the Vendor(s) the product(s) came from.-Make sure that product that is returned from our customers are returnable to the Vendor due to date of purchase, condition of product, broken unit quantity vs. full box quantity., etc.-Verify yard personnel's accuracy of our return forms and forward to Accounting for contact with Vendor(s) to get RMA/RGA for return to the Vendor.-Prepare product for return back to vendor via the next Vendor truck or common carrier (ex. UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee). This includes palletizing product, shrinkwrapping product to pallet, then tagging with Vendor's RMA/RGA.-Answer questions from customers and sales people about their possible returns, status of current returns, or solve any issues regarding returns.Receiving:-Verify incoming product from a Vendor truck or common carrier based on physical quantities and description from the delivery slip/ticket, and then match those to our internal Purchase Order system while also making sure product is in good condition for customer or inter-company use.-Print purchase order paperwork and locate product for future delivery/customer pickup/inter-company use.-Unload product from Vendor truck with forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, or by lifting by hand (lifting of 50 Lbs or more on a frequent basis for ex. cabinets, counter tops, doors, windows, etc.).-Answer any questions regarding the accuracy of orders, verify receipt of product due to back order status, or other issues regarding recieving of product.Deliveries:-Pull product from inventory for upcoming deliveries to maximize delivery efficiency and accuracy.-Deliver product as needed (backup driver) to customer homes/jobsites including "dump loads" from a flat bed truck to in-home deliveries of cabinets, doors, windows, trim.-Help answer questions of any issues regarding deliveries based on description of product, amounts, etc. Show less Door Shop:-Take customer's and/or sales person's door specs to quote out a price effective but quality product for their application, including many custom shapes, sizes, and designs.-Order those quotes via Purchase Orders, email, over-the-phone orders, along with any base and casing trim to finish their home-Produce door shop forms for the shop employees for them to machine the door slab(s) to match the customer's already finished opening(s) or to machine the slab(s) for a new construction rough opening.-Work with the door shop manager to order stock doors, hardware and trim to maintain inventory levels for upcoming projects, along with any samples or literature for customer use-Organize/prioritize projects to help keep customer's deadlines/needsPre-finishing:-Work with our stainers and painters (AKA pre-finishers) to have their doors and/or trim matched to the customer's sample choice, or to choose a new color based on the customer's wants, including ordering match samples to customer's sample trim piece.-Verify the doors and/or trim to match within reason the pre-finisher's sample that has been approved by the customer-Locate product and produce ticket to notify customer their project is complete Show less -Help customers and contractors on their projects by informing them of information on the products they need, the availability of those products, and then quoting those products.-Place special orders for the customer's products with the Vendor via purchase orders, email, over-the-phone ordering.-Quote out inter-company-ran installs for customers, including ordering of product and work with customer's timeline to have the project complete.-Set up delivery of customer's product based on customer's/contractor's schedule.-Maintain inventory levels in my section of the store by working with Vendor's outside sales reps to order product, while also ordering new product and "Good Buys".
