      I have also led projects within HR India such as : o Delivery of annual pay interventions – Project managed pay interventions for FY 2016 and 2017 for 13,000 staff in India. Part of this contracting involved designing of target operating model for Pay delivery and end to end project management. Supported the HR COO in managing risks in HR. My worked involved : o Working with HR Leadership Team & HR Risk teams to create action plans to mitigate the identified risks, tracking statuses as well as creating documentation for closure. o Worked with HR COO to represent key HR risk metrics (attritions, challenges etc.) to RBS India Risk governance forums. o Some of these are compliances to record management policies, Business continuity, audit support as well as working to track closure of key open risk items. Show less New System Development - Business AnalysisI was deputed as Lead Business Analyst to the RBS India Bank COO in Sep/Oct 2013 to create an automated Non-Performing Asset system. We were mandated to close this audit point by Dec 2013. I worked with the Project team to perform an agile requirement & data gathering cycle where simulations were built on Non-Performing Assets held by each business which were then aggregated to form the final solution. We delivered the new system within a period of by Dec 2013 with 2 weeks to spare. I was recognized with RBS India Bank Executive Committee Award. OffshoringMy role as a Transition or Offshoring manager involved offshoring of Operations roles from Retail, Corporate and Reconciliations & Investigations business in UK to the RBS India Hub. My work involved identifying roles that can be moved to India, defining workflow, operating models, hand-offs & hands-ins, agreeing contracting terms as well as embedding the process in India. System ChangeIn 2009, I worked to migrate various Reconciliations & Investigation systems to IntelliSuite platform over a period of 18 months across UK and India. I worked on defining the operating model, reviewing the current operations processes & designing the To-Be process, ironing any operational risk issues encountered on the project with our Risk & Compliance colleagues, training of staff on the new system and benefit realizations. We successfully embedded this initiative by creating a common language / operating process across the Bank as well as cost saves.I also spent a year (2011) in the UK working as a Lead Business Analyst to identify and migrate business in UK based businesses on legacy platforms to IntelliSuite.
