  • My job role in the below branches: Industrial Branch (Dairy Factory - Food Processing Factory - Honey Packing house) - Poultry Farms Including Slaughterhouse - Largest Quail Farms in the world Including Slaughterhouse with speed 10000 bird per hour - flowers Packing house - Logistic and centralize cold stores with loading area.• Played a key role in implementing the Food safety management system ISO 22000 in all the production Sites.• Providing QA/QC leadership and direction to all production sites, spearheading day-to-day activities to meet objectives for Operational systems optimization, quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction.• Endeavoring to continuously improve food safety and quality management systems that assure defect-free and food-safe products.• I establish case study to go through dairy production steps to improve manufacturing steps to find out all the parameters can effect positively or negatively for the cheese production factor, TPC elimination, Brine acceptable level, pressing time, boiling time, hygiene process.• Investigated production problems and customer problems and created preventive procedures.• Reviewing Physical, Chemical and Microbial lab test results to guide the QC technician with action needed to be taken.• Organize training for Food Safety and Quality , identified best practices.• Review and validate to all HACCP plan for production sites.• Applying legal legislation standards by following up on the latest specifications from the concerned authorities and applying them. عرض أقل
