Managing configuration changes to existing equipment and integrating new systems into RNZN and commercial vessels. Implementation of Quality Assurance objectives in accordance with customers requirements. As a Senior Technician I have a solid background in electronic system and equipment fault diagnosis, servicing, repair and installation. This includes Military Communication Equipment, HF, VHF, UHF and Satellite Systems, Marine UPS Power Systems, Linear and Switch mode Power Supplies, Navigational systems, Radio location, GPS and Satellite, Testing and certification of Fiber Optic and data cable and networks.
