  Anish Kumar Aggarwal (Mr.) is the Director for the Formaldehyde & the Silver Catalyst Synthesis at DECHEM GROUP. He joined the group in 2001 and has been centrally involved in every aspect of the company’s management.Mr. Anish is credited with having pioneered the company globally in the formaldehyde business & the silver catalyst synthesis. With more than two decades of unique operational & manufacturing experience of Formaldehyde & Silver Catalyst synthesis, Mr. Anish has been the first citizen in the country to have understood in depth the intricate relationship between catalyst performance & formaldehyde plant operation.In 2002, Mr. Anish spearheaded the development of a specialized silver catalyst for the optimum formaldehyde synthesis. Thereby, he initiated the company into the self-production of optimum silver catalyst & further into silver sieves.In the journey, he created several new world-class contacts, like Prof. Graeme J. Millar, Australia (worldwide recognized as the foremost expert in the formaldehyde & the silver-catalyst synthesis), Mr. James D. Vlachos, Greece (globally recognized as the specialized in formaldehyde based resins), Mr. Qiufa Hua (the Chairperson of PCMC, the largest specialized manufacturer of Formaldehyde & its derivatives complete set of equipment in China), etc. which have raised company’s comprehensive understanding.Mr. Anish directed the company’s formaldehyde units to better yields, greater plant reliability & performance. He has re-trained & re-deployed the company’s human resources into knowledge pool of expertise. With his continuous efforts to generate more significant improvement in the formaldehyde synthesis, the company has designed silver catalysts which provide optimum performance under formaldehyde synthesis. He has unfolded the important criteria for choosing which silver catalyst to use.
