  I am the secretary of Warna: ME 2016 art event which is organized by TARUC Diploma in Public Relations students as one of the assignment project. The theme of this event is about acceptance and loving yourself. There are cultural performances, workshops, art and handicraft vendors in this event.The event period was from 20th to 23rd December 2016.Skills needed :- Communication skill- Team working skill- Relationship building skill- Time management- Punctuality- FlexibilityJob scope: Before the event- Record every meeting's result. ( Agenda and taking minutes.)During the event - Arrive earlier than the other department members to take their attendance during the event.- Manage ticket counter.- Collect audience data of workshops.- Process bills and expenses.- Type, prepare and collating reports.I learned about the steps and importance of team work in organizing an event.
