At Best Buy the goal for the SWAT is to have a total variance within 0.1%. My store had a variance of 0.05% making this one of my stores the most accurate (PI)’s in over ten years.

Sandra Nichols, Operations Manager Oct 2013 EOL or "End of Life" is a Classification that Best Buy attaches to a product that has become out dated or obsolete, each store is charges a percentage of the cost of the item depending on how long the Item has been classified EOL. Most of these items are located and sent back to our distribution center to be processed or they become Clarence priced items. I took it upon myself to locate, properly price, and drive awareness with the other sales associates so we could sell the items.
