  1) Review of Project Scope of Work and Project Specifications.2) Material receiving inspection at site as per the client requirements & specification.3) Monitor and maintain control records for welding consumable daily basis.4) Witnessing Welders Qualification Tests & maintain Welder Performance record.5) Inspect for all sort of fit-ups, alignment and visual inspection of all welds. 6) Ensure that approved WPS are followed, Prepare daily inspection reports.7) Close monitoring of welding in all stages to ensure sound quality of weld.8) Coordinating, witness & review of all third party inspection carried out.9) Ensure implementation of Quality Control Plans and procedures.10) Ensure that Inspection / Testing equipment’s at site are with valid calibration.11) Co-ordination with Client inspector for daily welding activities by stage wise.12) Maintain & update all quality related documents at site as per client requirement.13) Involve with client QC & construction joint weekly meeting for quality production.14) Review report for the testing carried out i.e. for RT,UT, MPI, and PT. عرض أقل
