      Held various positions in wastewater treatment, water production and distribution fields of work, both within operations and engineering group, as a front-line manager, technical and scientific team manager from 2001. Culminated in the last 6 years writing and delivering technical training, consulted by EUSkills and CABWI awarding organisations for NVQ Level 2 and 3 national occupational standards and delivering NVQs as an assessor/verifier and writing the assessment documentation for the assessment team to streamline the process and reduce duplication of effort. The aim was to reduce leakage by creating specific areas of the network and metering the mains flow. Anomolies could then be identified and investigated to reduce water wastage and save costs.
