      Inflight Technician(IFT) – An avionics technician position that performs inflight and ground maintenance on P-3 Orion aircraft. Additionally, I managed two financial incentive programs, the Aviation Career Incentive Pay (ACIP) and Aviation Command Continuation Pay (ACCP) programs, ensuring that officers in the Aviation Community received incentive pays they were entitled to.• Managed the 12 month Involuntary Release from Active Duty project. Directed project from implementation to closing, resulting in the release of 385 officers, a $77M manpower budget savings.• Managed a two month project that identified and corrected automated processes that erroneously recouped $7900.00 from aviators crossing their 12 year service point.
