Job Description:• Responsible for supplier sourcing and market survey, request for information and solicitation, Pre-qualification, competitive bidding, contract award and materials and supplier management.• Responsible for the execution and monitoring of procurement and contracts management process and manage the execution plan and input for construction contracting schedules.• Responsible for preparation of the procurement sub-contracts packages, taking off quantities, revision drawings and materials specification and other relevant document policies.• Preparation of commercial tender bid evaluation cost analysis and prepare recommendation reports to management for approval. • Involved in negotiating on commercial elements with the short-listed suppliers/sub-contractors and prepare the contract agreement to suppliers/sub-contractor prior awards.   Google Educator Groups (GEG) • Took the role as a Google Educator Groups Partner to strategise, grow and maintain teaching community resulting in 45 active chapters reaching 1,500 educators throughout Malaysia. Successfully achieved 88% active rate in Q1 2016 with 3 chapters making to the Top 10 Leaderboard in APAC. To prioritise and reward these GEG Leaders, Nick has been appointed to manage the event logistics and supporting these educators in both GEG Top Leaders Summit 2016 and Google Education Summit 2017 in Singapore.• Collaborated with the Google for Education team to bring Seminar 3i, Edu On Air, BM Training Center to encourage professional development for educators in Malaysia, resulting 62 GCE Level 1 achievers in Q1 2016, with a 190% QoQ growth. Continue to collaborate with the Ministry of Education and Google Malaysia to conduct a Google Certified Trainer Bootcamp focusing on BTPN Officers selected from each state in Q2 2017, resulting 18 GCE1, 18GCE2, & 16 GCT in 2 weeks' time.• Formulated own financial model to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with Google Malaysia, Google Asia Pacific, and Google Australia to ensure budget cash flow is allocated accordingly to various vendors across APAC countries including Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand.
