  Worked alongside management to design the companies first steel to plastic body to lower overall manufacturing costs and have a quicker turn around for customers.Following in-depth manufacturing processes, provided recommendations to the company to cut down manufacturing times, costs and promoted overall efficiency within all departments.Managed the process of designing and producing a new car trailer which gave the customer more variation with their trucks and led to two of the biggest customers ordering 5 in total.Used my own initiative to turn regularly used drawings from 2D to 3D which led to the drawings being easier to read and factory workers would spend less time asking questions.   The role was to design a range of aluminium and steel structures for the stage and lighting industry.Designed a new lightweight collapsible bar for an events company which led to the customer purchasing an additional 3 bars due to the quality and usability of the product.Involved in a large scale project for the Rio Olympics where I had one of the lead roles in designing an aluminium replica of the first powered aeroplane, which was then showcased in the Rio Olympics.Drafted a new 2D and 3D drawing template to ISO standards which I pitched to management and it was then rolled out and became a new standard template for all future drawings.Upgraded a current truss arch system which became lighter for the customer yet equally as strong and saved the company around 10% on overall production and material costs.Managed a project which involved the design and manafacture of a blimps fins.
