  Acquire information on ATM and POR’s (Points of Representation) from landlords, new developers, business intelligence and field work. Analyse data from Business Intelligent team (where applicable) as well as developers and landlords. Analyse existing transaction data for ATM’s and POR’s. Analyse data provided and identify possible ATM and POR’s locations. Proactively identify opportunities. Conduct assessment to optimise the network using the Optimization Framework. Engage with province on new business opportunities Ensure consistency of placement policy and alignment to Segment and Product strategy across provinces managed. Monitor regional trends/changes and ensure that placements are aligned accordingly. Complete and present Business Cases to Exco team. Manage the leasing schedule and issue mandates within agreed timelines to give the project and leasing teams time to negotiate and action the different processed within the life cycle of the build process. Ensure User Brief processes are adhered to and that necessary approval was obtained before the User Brief is sent to design team also ensure that all UB requirements were met as per approved UB. Manage and update 5-year plan for POR in the province, implementing Hub & Spoke model as well as devices to be used in the PoR; Determine the type/model of ATM to be used and the type of installation (through the wall, drop-down, in-store, and in-store through the wall or free standing) ensure that the ATM can be installed in the site identified. (Height, position of security door, floor loading etc.) Manage and develop the Premises managers through the pre-construction, construction, and post construction process of the overarching project process.
