  • Experience

    • Dunkin Donuts

      Nov 2014 - Mar 2016
      Crew Member

Was a crew member that performed all the tasks that the shift manager did. I was in line for the promotion, however, I was ultimately denied the promotion on the account that I was too young and could not work full time. I developed communication skills, leadership skills, and customer service skills during the duration of the job. Customers responded most positively to a hard worker that would address their problems and find a reasonable solution, which is what I strived for at Dunkin.

Worked with upper management to test a new prepreg recipe to see if the new recipe was qualified for mass production. I cooperated with the lead process engineer at first to get a good understanding of the process and then I was given control of the project, tests and data analysis that could be done in the lab was my responsibility.

    • AGC

      Jun 2019 - Aug 2019
      Environmental Engineer Intern

I had to audit the AGC Singapore Plant and perform a gap analysis for ISO 14001. The purpose was to help AGC Singapore conform to the new international standard. I performed interviews with all interested parties and delved into the AGC Singapore's procedures to establish any content that was not conforming to the latest ISO 14001. Similarly, ISO 9001 had overlapping areas of concern with ISO 9001. I recommended that AGC Singapore look to its sister facility located in France for correcting the gaps in the report. The sister facility has already conformed to the latest ISO 14001, so it would serve as a foundation for the Singapore plant. Show less

    • Gorham Bike & Ski

      Sept 2021 - Mar 2023
      Associate

I work as an associate and as a front-line worker to sustain a living during the Covid 19 pandemic. Communication was key to understanding the customer and what they desire. One crucial aspect in the winter time was doing ski boot fits, I learned to diagnose certain issues with feet and correct those issues all while reassuring the customer that the boot will be best off the shelf and require little modifications. A big part of the job is designing a floor layout that can catch the eyes of a passerby and get them to look around. Show less
