I was the first manager In charge of the facility and consistently handling the everyday up keep. Fulfilled opening and closing duties. Enforced all facility policies and rules. Provide courteous service to all students, faculty, staff, and visitors that enter the facility. Maintain, check, and clean the weight facility and equipment. Anticipate potential risks of injury, take measures to remove them, and in the event of injury, have the ability to implement emergency medical procedures. Show less

      Blue Mile is a running specalty store(RSG Running specalty group) as a sale asssociate I strategically find what the customer is looking for and for what specific purpose because we cater to the competitive running down to the casual walker. By gate anaylisis I'm able to find out how much the costumer pronates and what type of strike they perform. At that point the they are put into a category based on stability where different shoes are brought for then to try. Outside of the customer experience I manage inventory by checking in shippings from the distribution center, store transfers, or brand company shipments and other retail responsibilities. The manager is always open to suggestions on product appearance, displays, and ways to make employees feel comfortable. I rearrange a lot of product to make it more appealing to the customer.
