Managed a staff of 11 Retail Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers and 40 Retail Sales Consultants across 5 locations to achieve key performance metrics. Acted as a liaison to facilitate the relationship between Frontier and various internal organizations including Supply Chain, Finance, CARE, Tier 2, and Learning Services. Oversaw project to create Hybrid Agent MyCSP channel and enable AT&T Next for partners. Responsible for training incoming Retail Store Managers as a part of the Retail Leadership Development Program. Managed 4 locations in metropolitan Atlanta including the highest total volume location in Georgia.
