Also participated as an interviewer in various job fairs held by the Company from time to time.-Rewrote the Tuition Reimbursement Policy to address problem areas and clarify requirements.-Participated in the revision of the Company’s Travel and Expense Policy to clarify certain aspects and to address abuse. -Coordinated forklift and pallet jack training, made sure that all employees were properly trained and maintained records to ensure that the Company remained OSHA compliant and to ensure the safety of employees and customers.-Traveled to stores to train Managers on the proper procedure for completing termination forms and warning notices.
