A team of 6 form ‘TPS Marketing Support’, an extension of the TPS Marketing function from the VWG Head Office at Milton Keynes: As Marketing Analyst I am responsible for:• Responsibility for auditing of all promotional activity, implementation, fulfilment and reconciliation of allincentivised activity, (including prize draws), both internally across the TPS Network and customer facing• Provide weekly reconciliation reports to VWG Head Office of the above• Manage and oversee process of specific internal and external incentivisation projects (for example TPS Rewards and TPS Bodyshop Rewards), including registration and reconciliation processes• Data manipulation and analysis in order to provide customer targets for incentive programmes that willgenerate a minimum margin for VWG• Provide full suite of weekly and ongoing incentives reporting, margin analysis and ROI summaries• Manage monthly client invoicing, create internal documentation filing system• Conduct customer research spend analysis, customer segmentation and research.
