  Heavily involved CQCSM with the entire construction sequence from bid development, through project planning, scheduling, budget management, document control, through project execution, and closeout. Very experienced with multiple facets of Project Management and Field Management that has been gained by experience in various sizes and complexity of projects working with USACE (US Army Corps of Engineers), US Air Force contracting and construction squadrons, and DPW (Directorate of Public Works). As a CQCSM, my role has expanded beyond typical QC Manager's responsibilities to include: assist the Project Manager with cost loaded project schedule development, spearhead preconstruction document & plan development & assembly, assist Superintendent with Field schedule development, manage the product and plan submittal process, schedule, coordinate & document project testing & inspections, conduct and enforce the 3 phase inspection process, establish & reinforce a high expectation for quality in the field and establish & maintain a relationship with the client based on trust, integrity and responsiveness.
