  SAFe RTE on Electrified Propulsion Systems platform. We're 33 teams organized around 3 agile release trains: (1) Hybrid Controls; (2) Motor Controls and (3) Battery Management Systems. We develop electrified propulsion systems for Stellantis vehicles. As a chief scrum master I work accross different company levels: on portfolio; on agile release trains and scrum teams. I:• Facilitate program iteration planning.• Coach, train, and mentor agile release train: scrum masters.• Support program iteration execution: active management of work in progress, managing of software releases and removal of impediments.• Foster continuous improvement: focus on flow optimization. Multiple workshops facilitated to identify workflow stages; define policies and agreements; foster active management of work items; and enable visibility over metrics as cycle time.• Manage escalations by mobilizing stakeholders (business owner, product manager, product owner, development teams, vehicle calibration, testing and validation teams) to solve impediments, negotiate resources, scope, time and general alignments for critical product milestones.• Facilitate portfolio backlog management by preparing and facilitating the board that approves requirements for multiple programs from company portfolio for multiple market regions and product versions going from a Fiat 500 on its BEV version to Maserati Grecale on its BEV version as well. Applied MoSCoW technique, Benefit versus Effort analysis and product information such as Customer Usage Index. • Applied empiricism adjusting Product Vision, Product Goals and Sprint Goals based on business changes and what the Developers learned from defining and executing “how to” Sprint by Sprint.Besides that, I've worked on product discoveries as a customer representative using tools as Empathy Map and Customer Journey Map to improve comprehension of customer problems for other PT strategic topics.
