    • Independant researcher

      Oct 2015 - now
      Researcher, Education and Public Policy

Kapil is interested in looking at intersection of Learning, Culture and State. His quest to answer the question of 'What improves or enhances collective consciousness in a culture so that learning for posterity in from that culture would empower, despite being socially or economically marginalized? And, can technology play a role in that? if so, how?' makes him more curious to understand intricacies of socio-economic-cultural institutions that have been playing a significant role in constructing knowledge within a society, family or individual. Though technology is disrupting current social relations and interactions, imminent changes unfolding in social institutions still dominate direction and philosophy on which technology can be an enabler or inhibitor. Kapil is hoping to dive little deeper to discover solutions which were covered by perfunctory routines and beliefs, and could suggest ways for future of education not only in developing but also in developed world.
