      My primary responsibility is the oversight of the multi-million King St retail asset, a vital component of the $2.9 billion Brisbane Showgrounds Redevelopment, a multifaceted urban renewal initiative spanning residential, commercial, and retail development across a 5.5-hectare master-designed site. My role has a dual reporting structure both to National Head of Retail Development and the Development Director. A key achievement has been the preparation and delivery of the King St Retail and Place Strategy to reposition and revitalise the retail asset, post-covid. Highlights have included, delivering an anchor tenant to the mix, with the recent opening of Archie Brothers; and securing and delivering the flagship store for Magpie Goose, the Aboriginal owned textile design and fashion social enterprise.In my earlier role on Brisbane Showgrounds Redevelopment, I was initially engaged to support 'The Green' Stage One Residential project, devising comprehensive risk and communication plans.
