  I worked as a Piping Stress Engineer for 3 years. I had a proven experience from ENPPI, an EPC contractor in the oil and gas industry, company for participating as a piping stress engineer in the new ANOPC mega project in Assuit, Egypt under the supervision of TPIT (TECHINP ENERGIES). I worked also on the existing Abqaiq project in Abqaiq, KSA under the supervision of ARAMCO to do some upgrading/mothballing design.I had experience in using different specifications, standard supports, and any documented papers from 3 companies' systems (ENPPI, TPIT, and Aramco)My role as a piping stress engineer was about;1. Preparing the critical line list from the PID.2. Preparing the calculations using CAESAR II software.3. Review of vendor drawings and other department documents.4. Designing the steel structures and foundation for the civil department.5. Doing static and dynamic analysis for static and rotating equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, filters, towers, ejectors, centrifugal compressors, centrifugal pumps, and tanks.6. Preparing calculation reports.7. Designing and drawing special pipe supports.8. Site experience.9. Using Navisworks to navigate and add comments on the model.10.
