If positive conclusions are reached, the appropriate recommendation is submitted for approval by the Management Committee or the Board of Directors, depending on the size of proposed project loan. Moreover, responsible for industrial projects follow up activities for more than 17 investments where the total commitment is more than $300 million. The follow up activities include but not limited to, legal documentation of the loan, loan disbursement, project implementation, analysis of project performance and financial capability and collection of loan maturities and follow up costs.
