Prepared multiple intimate dinner buffets while simultaneously fulfilling cocktails orders, tracking individuals payment methods on several open tabs, and managing all requests to improve guest experience for high end clientele watching Boise State Football from private suites located in the Stuckle Sky Center.

  Traveled with catering team to remote location in semi-truck caravan, assembled disaster kitchen, and served up to 700 meals a day in order to support those working on a nearby forest fire. Organized and assembled hundreds of meals. Served supporting staff and firefighters able to come into fire camp. In addition to assembling boxes of meals, and organizing all condiments, utensils, and sides to be sent to firefighters unable to leave the fire.
