      Selected as the recipient of the NSF grant for US-CMS software and computing R&D projects, I achieved the following milestones:- Integrated innovative end-to-end deep learning algorithms into the CMS reconstruction code, utilizing heterogeneous computing and hardware acceleration devices including GPUs and FPGAs. - Developed end-to-end benchmarks and led the first integration of the end-to-end framework into CMS production code. - Conducted scaling studies of deep learning training and inference on heterogeneous computing devices. - Inclusion of novel end-to-end architectures, such as graph neural networks and transformers.- Implementation of the first end-to-end tau reconstruction.
