      Programme Management: Accountable for transforming the local infrastructure of 71 Commercial sites globally. Leading a Team of 12 Project Managers and Technical Architects responsible for implementing significant strategic change across the 71 sites. Implementation of the use of Centralised Core Services, Cloud Technologies and Migration of Services and Data respectively. Responsible for driving Release Management activities in accordance with business activities and without risk to business functions.Lead identification, negotiation and development of relationships with strategic partners to ensure excellent IT Services to business customers. Responsible for leading and managing a team of 14 Service Managers based in the UK, including recruitment and budget.Responsible for managing the team thorugh re-organisation and downsizing. Accountable for a number of key services including the company Portal, Search Service and other middleware services (e.g. Citrix).Managed a team of 5 architects and engineers who supported and delivered enhancements to the company Portal and it user base of 70,000 people.Managed the delivery of completely new Portal infrastructure and design as part of upgrade project. Responsible for managing a team of 7 in the UK and 4 in Sweden delivering and supporting the development of internal and external company websites.Responsible for managing resources and budget.
