Leading ECN management for all the projects of SEZ & working closely with CFT by conducting ECN review meetings for its physical implementation in the product build as per customer requirements.2. SMT line support to increase SPI yield by arresting the issues faced in screen printing stage & also supported to reduce downtime of machines, reducing attrition of components and their component wastage cost.2. Supported for the weekly startup activities wherein I used to ensure the machines are in working condition for the production & taking the reflow and wave solder profile.3. Co-ordinated for the installation of CFT machine in ORT lab in DTA wherein i was leading the entire activity and prepared SOP for the setup. Show less
