This includes liaising with our PR agency to achieve coverage in trade press, planning and executing social media campaigns, and drafting online news alerts. o CRM management and involvement in projects to update both CRM and online member area.o Managing websites, intranet, and posting updates on social media. This involves being responsible for all website development projects and being the key contact for our website agency and internal IT support. Also responsible for analysing website usage statistics from Google Analytics and social media engagement. o Using an email marketing system to create branded mass e-mails for existing contacts, internal colleagues and new targets. o Working with individuals across the businesses we look after to co-ordinate marketing activity with key dates for the business and to ensure the brand messaging is being consistently promoted by all external-facing members of staff.
